DRACONIS RARE AIM PC AND RARE ROCKETS

iv got all the draconis rares for the storm(cost me a fortune in boosters) except the rare rep, now i tested the rare aim pc with the rare rockets and rare blasters with yorkie and we both agreed that the crit rate on both the rockets and blasters was very low with the aim pc on as in 1 in every 7 to 10 shots was a crit, also tested was the zero point orbital strike vs rare aim pc + rare rockets and a none crit shot of the zero point orbital strike(lowest bp on gazica) does more damage than a crit rocket form the rare aim pc and rare rockets, this was tested on r63 signors, the zero point os could 1 shot them and the rare rockets even with a crit shot couldnt, i think this needs adressing asap as the rare bps cost a fortune but there performance (on the storm anyway) does not match there price, i can easy be 1 shot by the top none rare hive os, and in sol this was classed as too overpowered but in draconis its not classed as over powered????, same with aggrobomb, it can easy 1 shot my storm and its not as if it has to crit to do this as well, orbital strike and aggrobomb used to also sometimes do small damage but with the draconis bps they always seem to do massive damage, maybe make the aggrobomb do less damage but give it a shoter cool down time and make orbital strike do less damage but give the sniper ship more hp cos its low on hp this might even things up again, when all ships are close in combat level in pvp alot more ppl will pvp as it will be good even fun

and it should make more damage than rocket, you can use orbital strike only once per fight (and even escaper form being hit very easy !!!), not like rockets, can use every few seconds. You good know sniper dont have any chance with storm, so damage OS made is still to low - and SniperBlaster too.

Second, i doubt that critical hit depend on weapon level, i think its the same for ZP Os and rare os, Level of Os increase only damake it make - only.

So its absolutely normal that the lowest os hit harder than rare rockets,you can use it only once, when in the time it refrest you can use rockets lots, im sure sumary damage it made its much less than damage made by rockets you fire in the time of cool down

YOU CANT COMPARE THOSE WEAPONS IN WAY YOU DID.

Problem with critical hits dont have only storm, Sniper weapnd dont hit criticaly too, even sniper blaster dont hit criticaly like it use to do, he even miss now.They decreased critical hit on every weapong, but definitely it affected sniper tech much more than storm

I have rare os, dont see difference betwen non rare os, so its not problem only of storm. And if anything need to be changed, sniper is here on the first place.

OS is good only if he hit criticaly, which isnt offten after they changes,, and event when hit this dont guarante you will win.

Problem with this game is, ships have to little HP compared to what they should have.
Weapon is considering manits HP still to weak. Lowering weapon strength will result in much longer time to kill mantis, and even now this game is pathetic becouse of this time.

Truly said, compared to strength of rocket, OS should kill you immediately without any chance to survive when it hit criticaly - aways. Im almost sure, that damage made by rockets in time of OS coldown, its enough to kill ship which you cant tell about OS hiting even criticaly.

a none crit rocket top hive does the same damage as a none crit sniper blaster shot and you can use sniper blaster once in every 3 shots of the normal blasters where as in rockets you can use onces in every 5 shots of the normal blasters, this has all been tested, and the sniper isnt the most effected the storm main weapon is its aim pc and rockets so if crit has been lowered its the storm that suffers the most, they have made os far far stronger in draconis but taken the crit of the storms aim pc, and everytime iv 1v1 a sniper in draconis they have ALWAYS managed to get os off twice,os never does the small damage like it used to in sol it ALWAYS hits big, if they had it so rockets didnt need the aim pc to hit anything it wouldnt be too bad but if i dont have the aim pc on all my rockets do is miss, sniper blaster and os dont need to have an aim pc to hit but my rockets do, the devs should make it that rockets dont miss as much with the aim pc off atleast. the os was nerfed in sol cos it was 1 shotting others so why should it be different in draconis why should it be allowed to 1 shot???, i also did say give the sniper more hp, i think you will find if you put storm vs sniper the sniper can do more damage per second, cos as soon as the storms aim pc has gone its usless cos all the rockets do is miss

true is sniper is losing in pvp in storm, so changing storm weapong in such situation shoudnt be done. Even if rocket are crap and your argument are true, you still have ship which is better than sniper, thats a fact
SO mayby rocket is crap, but comparing it to OS is wrong, OS = Termoblast in storm. and termo in storm works very well compared to random damage made by OS - very big range of damage, sometimes when i use rare OS i cant even kill the lovest gazica manits using it - not very offten but happens
Second, from OS you can always easy escape !!!, you cant escape from any storm weapon.

I wonder, what would happen if sniper and strop had the same HP. only then we could say if wepond of storm is worse. But considering his hp, it still have better proportions thant sniper

If u think of it sniper is the ship that should never mis but it should be OK with storm not sniper ;)

last night in pvp hoffys rare draconis orbital strike podded buccaneerbill and took 90% of my hp this is just ONE orbital stike and it nearly podded 2 draconis ships and it wasnt even a crit shot, now your telling me its not overpowered????? they nerfed it in sol cos it could sometimes 1 shot a storm now it can nearly 1 shot 2 draconis ships??? my rare rockets do the same damage as a sniper blaster shot if they dont crit this being tested with full rare draconis ships and with the crit rate as it is i crit 1 in 5 blaster shots and my rockets hardly ever crit at all. the thing that is happening with orbital strike is that if it hits 2 things the damage isnt being split 50/50 between them 2 things like it should both things are getting 100% each this is the same with aggrobomb AND rockets, im finding the splash damage off a rockets explosion does more damage then the rocket its self

They don't need to nerve os, they have to give r70 ships atleast more armor then some mantis ships.

can you stop posting any old crap just to get your post count up cos now your just talking out your bottom, if os can pod 2 draconis ships with 1 os then cos it need to be nerfed you fool, give the sniper ship more hp yes make the os fire faster yes but making it so it can pod 2 draconis ship in 1 os is just stupid and the only people that will not want this changed are sniper ship pilots themselfs

And I can't stop chuckling whenever I think about it.
I hope you're satisfied. I won't be able to fly today, because I'll be whiping my eyes every few minutes whenever it comes into my mind.

But I do agree. Each ship should have an equal "Weapon of Doom." That is... rockets, aggrobombs, os, etc. should all have the same ability to critical hit the opponent.

i think the enginner should have a new weapon as well something thats good in pvp something like a reflect weapon that for a short pariod of time reflects any damage back to the person/player/ship that fired/inflicts the damage in the first place, this would put the engineer ship back into the pvp game

Why not just do so the OS damages x2 hit(but this time every time it gets on) again, still it takes 100% of hp and maybe 90% nearby but it will take 40% on the first hit and second 60% and anyone near it 35% and 55% on next hit? If it was a storm it should be able to flee from the OS and no need to use ab(is the first hit is not able to flee from! but the second hit will come in 2 sec) ;)

A sniper is made for 1 thing to kill a human in 1 shoot it gives a boom it's about how big the bullet is.
Storms is about to give crit but not to kill in 1 shoot like sniper it was simply stupid to get the sniper into the game, and if the sol sniper isn't able to kill in 1 shoot why should the Draconis one do?

No twisted his OS didn't hit me but did take out and mostly take out 4 drac ships. Not sure if its meant too or not :p.

The way the sniper was originally designed was so it would be similar or better than the storm
eg, attack droid is slightly better then thermo of same level, sniper blaster is about the same as a rocket of the same level. same with attack charge -> aimcomputer
The reason the sniper has the OS is for something called the insta kill.
if the sniper fired all of its weapons with attack charge on at the same time, theoretically, a ship would disintegrate before you can blink =P
the other reason it has the OS is for an area effect wep...so it can grind effeciently.
Note that: every ship in the game has at least one area effect item.
and every ship in the game (exception of the tank) also has an item of the same or less power that only effects one person.
the reason the sniper has so little armor is because it is not meant for a prolonged fight....its meant for a hit n run.

Mered you talk alot of rubbish. FIrstly droid is far worse than thermoblast. Aim computer is better than attack charge. Orbital strike shouldn't instant kill, no weapon should. Where is my area effect weapon so I can grind effectively on a shock? lol.

why not name is Orbital sniper 0.o just stupid getting sniper to the game am not sure why I am saying this I am A SNIPER PILOT, but sill sniper isn't build as it should just so u all know.

i agree with you coz sol ship and draconis has now not much healt difference

i know one thing mate a crit rocket from a rare rockets and rare aim pc do very little damage and i know that rockets miss 70% the time if aim pc isnt on which is just utter stupid and even when aim pc is on i crit 1 in 5 rockets. SPLITRSCREEN LISTEN the only fun we are having in draconis is the pvp so atleast try balance the ship classes, i could give you a list in a heart beat of what needs to be done that would balance all the ship classes out
