Ok I'm looking for the top earth non rare aggrobeacon and was hunting it for 5 hours I still don't have it and in that time I find 2 rares I don't need just to find this one bp. What is making me pissed off is the fact that just as I kill any detonator it blows up using aggrobomb so I never get a drop and this happens for 3 hours geting no drops because they keep using aggrobomb. Btw I still don't have the bp and have givin up on it. These detonators can go die in a hole oh wait they can't chase they will just aggrobomb the hole too. F'ed up detonators

Yes with the Dets you really need two players hammering one at a time. They are a tad too tough really as a Solo pilot. A Storm can handle them ok but if you damage more than one det to the point of explosion... then I suggest you AB outta there!
If you have a Storm ship and you hunt them solo try this tactic:
1. Pick them one at the time.
2. Use blaster till Detonator's HP drops below half it's max HP, then
3. Launch rockets and keep blasting with blaster
With this procedure and with help of aim computer in most cases you'll blow the Detonator before it does it by itself.

I think dets should drop stuff even if they blow up, then it would be fine.
