No there is no way, you just let it be.
Only higher admins can delete accounts, and that happens only in cases where there has been severe breaking of the rules, and a pilot gets banned.
So you just don't return.
He is wanting pilots deleted not accounts. He means that since he is only now playing on one server, he wants the pilots in his account that are created for the other servers deleted. Unfortunately don't do that unless there is sever problems with the pilot.
