Cry maniac bug LOL

So I had 17 days left of my 25% cry booster thinking wow DOUBLE cry from mantis must be worth the money, but then all it was were 33% lol why say double then? So I actually used 10500(16500 - 30day protection(6000)) gold on buying 8% more for 13 days longer, what a WASTE of gold. Now if you gonna announce it as DOUBLE amount then do so.. Ya tricked me there....

Sorry there was really a mistake in the description for the promoted item. Its removed now and replaced with another promotion.

Well I already wasted 16500 gold, if possible I would like my 16500 gold back and my 17 days left of my 25% cry booster instead. Really should have removed it as it been announced now for 3 days.... I am not happy

You are not the only one who got caught by this, so I paid 16K+ for something that does not work properley. Really pisses you off when they do this.

I did one time long time ago do not remember when but did buy an cry booster the time was in the noob planet as you guys rmemebr vega 2 i think so, i did buy an booster got just some extra cry it was not 25% but it did seem like 5-10% i think the cry booster do not work as they should

The standard cry boosters work as they should, but this promised us DOUBLE cry boost which it didn't and I sacrifised my 17 days of 25% to only get 13 more days with 8% more boost for 16500 gold....

Same issue!
Wasted cryo booster in middle of usage to get this pack, my loss wasn´t so big since it was only a 10% one, even so is a loss, since it was not wat i expected, and to honest it just dont seem to me like 33%, i felt it was like an 25% & cryo protect (ok maybe i was unluck with the drops...) and i buy it just for the cryo boost since cryo protect is pointeless to me atm...
This, and now login issues... (sorry for the off topic rant)

well it is a German company bound by German consumer rights laws which im sure cover false advertising so you could either report the company to a consumer rights agency in Germany or they could just give you your gold back cause it does seem unfair

im sure splitscreen will do the right thing by you guys but it might take a little longer then normal to get this sorted as they are just about ready to relises draconis ( i hope )
