Criminal Activity mision

On Axiom i was shotting to Bozo until i've got message that i have to stop, i've pickuped Berta and got message that Bozo's fate is in my hands - so i've punished him and killed. After returning to Lustra my mission stucked on 45%.

I heard from other players that i have to show mercy to Bozo. But message stands that i have free hand. So in my opinion the story shoud go like this:

- if i decide to not kill him - i will left him and go to Lustra,
- if i kill him i have to fail mission

or:

- if i decide to kill him he should to scream that if i don't kill him he will help me in the future (this could has some influence on the future misions - he could give some tips about mantis ships or support me with his boys in one mission), but if i kill him i wont have support in the future,
- i can kill him and forget

I will repeat this mission but it was little annoying.

i killed him when i did the miss and it went like normal..

One player after third time finished this mission, maybe it is random, i didn't get old miner's coordinates but i flied to area where i met him and someone was fighting with mutilator - maybe this had some influence on my mission. Nevermind i will do it again and i will show mercy to Bozo now.
