Ok...here's the thing.
Why don't the developers add some harvesters on conquest planets?
example: Vega CQ planets have R15 harvesters on them.
Antares CQ planets have R26 harvesters...
Gemini CQ planets have R33 harvesters and so on..
It will be a "bonus" for the clan that has Conquest Planets under their possesion.
A reason to visit them. Cause at the moment they are empty.
Cryonite restrictions apply there too, so no player with a better ship goes to farm there.
And since it is a "clan' planet then if someone wants to go harving there they should be in a squad.
BUT, the squad can have as many members as the leader wants, as long as they are from the clan of course.
One more thing. The harvesters should drop 3x times the cryo they woul normally drop, so it would be worth the effort killing them.
