CQ bug - can not land

ok we started a CQ on Iga... we had just won CQs in mizar and vega.
TIME: 5:00 PST (pacific)
Server: AGE1

some of use were able to land others were not... i think any one an officer wasn't able to but there were just 2 of us.
the clan master was able to land... not sure about our captain since she wasn't online at the time.

here is the error message. (taken while i was in CQ ship)

gave the CQ ship to clan master and he was able to land... but Sho and me where not able to land.

and here you see all our online members... i am not sure who was there or not since i was trying to find out why it was happening and getting SSs.

members in my clan had this... mostly it occurs 1 time.. next cq u come u can land normally <at least with us>

Is this the only clan you have ever been a member of?

no our clan master went inactive so we made a new clan and moved to it.
um... i think that was about 1-2 week(s) ago.

and yes we haven't had the problem since.
