Continued Game Crashes

For the last month I have been subject to continuious game crashes, both on browser as well as client. I've contacted support about this matter.
Their first suggestion was to update my service pack to service pack 3, I did this and still crashed on both browser and client.
Next suggestion was down grading my Java Runtime Enviroment to either 6.18 or 6.19. I tried both and still no fix.

wich OS you have running in your pc?

Windows XP with Inernet Explorer 8. Would a game mode applicaton or Game Booster have any dealings in these crashes? I run a game mode application when useing the browser, and a Game Booster when useing the client.

Scratch that question...I've tried with them on as well as with them off, and crash either way.

I say it's bug related but SS would say it's your Computer

Any Application that modifies your system for playing any game may shut down essential services on your comp & actually cause game issues. If you are running any of those programs, then support cannot help much as the program actually is interfering with PG.

I have seen this on many machines where a fix should work but doesnt due to these other programs. I so not recommend any type of Game Mod or Booster programs for this reason:

"They stop critical services from running on your system causing Lag, crashes, instability & Network Issues"

Also some of these programs are designed to open up a "Back-Door" on your system to allow it to be used in a BOTNET to distribute malware, cause Identity theft, as well as other malicious things without you knowing

so what ur saying is Game Modifications can cause Lag, Crashes etc.? darn it got to remove them hehe
