Conquest rules/ how they work

Hello all,
I've been looking all through the forums and I have not been able to find any information on how the conquests work. I guess that I'm a big Noob or just a dumb Gorilla. If anyone can please send me the link to how conquests work and what the rules are that would be great.

Uh....you could orbit one of the conquest planets and theres a tab you can click on and it will show the rules...
