Try to un-install it, restart your computer, and download new from the website,
Sometimes as simples as restarting computer makes wonders.
Check if your Java Engine is up to date, also Graphic card etc.
Make a total check up if you have all up to date on your pc/laptop.

The Client is currently only available for Splitscreen or Gamigo Account holders. It will not allow login for other portals (Game Hosts) such as AeriaGames, Armorgames, Kongregate etc
