Seriously, my problems preceeded the big conversion, but in my frustration, I did have at one point, created a SplitScreen account. I believe that the SplitScreen staff is juggling two major issues - getting Draconis ready for its promised Christmas time release, and trying to discover a workaround for the class of individuals who for whatever reason, established a SplitScreen account "before they were supposed to".
From a selfish standpoint, I'd like to see my problem solved first. From the standpoint of a former software developer, I can understand how the new and fresh as an allure over "maintenance" issues. However, there are real and dedicated users/pilots affected by this who have invested both human capital and financial capital into the game and deserve to have this issue solved.
I can sympathize fully with the previous poster's anxiety, angst, and anger.
