Can't get into Pirate galaxy.

As the title states, i cannot get into and play pirate galaxy.I click the "play now for free" button, log on,and my comp tells me that a problem with the site caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab then i get a screen like this:

please help.

Hi,

It sounds like a Java issue.

http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

Use that to get the latest java.

Try using a different browser. Then try the client. IE is known as the most Memory consuming browser to use. I use SRWare Iron as my browser but I play using the client.

Hope this helps.

Downloading the client is the best resolution for to have a better gameplay. You can find it on Splitscreen/PG website to download.

Otherwise Google Chrome or Firefox are better browsers for PG.

Also by checking that you have all up to date what is requested for a good gameplay like Java, Graphic Card etc, will for sure improve your enjoyment with the game.
