Can't connect still.

I checked everything I was told to, the announcements claim that the trouble with Solaria is over... but for some reason, I can't even get to the server selection screen. When I check the server status screen, the server that seems to be down is Aeria1 or something like that. is that the gateway server for the US? I can't get in.... >.<
