Cant access pilot

Hi was wondering if somone can help me now i havent played for quite a while now but just decided to come back to this game so there i was logged in and getting excited when BAM for some reason i cant access my lvl39 pilot (Askone :- Jularka) my other pilot No problems except for the low lvl now i dunno if this is the right place to post but if i can regain access to my main(jularka) and continue whare i left off it would make me sooooooo happy pleasepleaseplease somone help as i would like to know if I should restart from scratch or not

oh just a note when i try to play my main it just says loading.......forever

Okay you need to put a ticket up make sure you put IE,

and they should get with you soon they can make sure all the info is correct
and should not take long for them to respond so please be patient
but do not put your info here on the forums.
if buy any chance your with Gamigo you need to take it up with them
