can't access account

I play Pirate Galaxy on http://www.kongregate.com/ and have an account (Harsh_cool in server Askone), while playing it on kongregate I could not access my pirate mode, instead the skull button at the top centre of the screen is not there, so I decided to play directly on the main site of pirate galaxy, but could not open my existing account! WHAT SHOULD I DO??


P.S:- I created an account on kongregate using facebook!

as you are only level 11 the quickest thing you can do is create a new account from scratch but this time do it directly through splittscreen. As your only level 11 at moment you can get back to this level within 2 to 3 hours instead of waiting 2 to 3 days before anyone even looks at your other account.

Also is you create through splittscreen you will now be able to download the client and play directly through this or directly on browser through pg website.

Only Spliscreen and Gamigo account are able to use the client, so the advice above is the best choice.
Easier to start over creating a new account of Splitscreen, and with it using the client.
