can not load game, hangs same spot everytime

game seems to freeze always at the same spot. attached is where it freezes

i have only successfully logged in once... im new to the game

searched forum and cant find an answer why this might be

java - installed latest version and verified its working
directx - is fine
pc - meets specs easy
drivers- all latest drives installed..


rebooted, disabled firewall/antivirus
compatability applet... fine
tried browser based and client

still no success..... any ideas?

Do you have a Nvidia Geforce 5xxx? If yes, you cant play this game. Nobody with this card can play PG.
