I've been popping reds in equal matches (like equal ships and tech, and in different systems too) mainlyin Gemini and VEga system. I haven't gotten a single point of bounty... the other guys I podded were having friendly pvp, a lot of them, and neither of us originally had a bounty, so is this intentional or a bug?

you only get bounty once a week without killing any1,me rank74 get 740 bounty when i turn my pm on after monday miday (after reset).
so if those guys had already been killed b4 you killed them, someone else took their bounty.
