Bought Gemini Conquest ship... but not rewarded.

My clan had a few thousand extra cryonite in the clan fund for the Gemini conquest, so over the 37,631 amount needed. I purchased the ship and it took the money as if we bought, but we still only have a Vega and Antares conquest ships. If you add up all the people who put stuff in the fund its obviously enough for all 3 ships so we would appreciate to be rewarded with the conquest ship so we may participate in Gemini. Thank you ! That's a pain, the same thing happens to me, except I don't have any CQ ships to begin with. >.> I really hope they can fix this, I've already lost 12k cry out of my own wallet trying to get the vega CQ ship.

on askone a clan putted a CQ bp on there cq ship and the cry went out of there funds but no bp on there ship the lost 93k on it and still no respodn from Ss :s

I got a response yesterday or a few days ago, can't remember, and they said they were looking into it.

Either way, they'd better fix it and give us refunds. 12k cry takes me, what, an hour to make? Probably less, but still...That's one whole hour wasted unless I get my refund. >:O

As has been told to many thru support - Currently there is a CQ Issue as well as CQ Ship Issues. All Issues are being looked into & clans that bought CQ Ships "May" find the ship in their hangar soon or "May" have the cry refunded to them. Neither scenario is a "True" given at this point other than to say the Issue is being looked at

Yeah, Cataclysm bought a CQ ship for Gemini also, it took our 37,631 cryo and no Gemini ship poped into our clan ships section, hope this gets taken care of soon, a cq missed is a fight lost
