hi what should i do cant play my bigpoint accnt..my ELITE MEMBERSHIP IS RUNNING .. i spend real money to this game but i cant play ..pls do someting ...thanks

all it says is soon not that it doesnt exist, if it had already expired there would be instructions to transfer the account.
