The skies above earth blackened that day as the mantis horde swarmed over the Sol system. Not a thing to stand in its way, no one to slow it down as the Earth Fleet stood hopeless in watch at orbit whilst the plague washed over the outposts at Neptune and Uranus. The gunfire flashes could not be seen nor the echoes heard; yet the helmsman of Flagship Horus gulped watching the flood of red dots fill his radar screen, not even giving time for the station icon to disappear whilst it exploded into a million pieces.

The Terran commander seemed at easy though as the thousands of small fighters sped through their chosen path directly towards earth, bypassing the Saturn defence network that houses the Terran confederacies Special Armed Division; which by its own right was a force to be reckoned with.

The mantis finally crossed paths with the Martian mining facilities and completely obliterated everything in sight within seconds, people, transports, entire mining rigs gone in a few flashes of cannon and nought but smoke lie in their wake. The Terran commander still seemingly un-phased by the destructive power of mantis fighters clutches at the arms of his chair, seeking not to give away his rage at what was befalling the people of sol.

“Steady Helmsman, the battle hasn’t started yet” Said the commander to this shaking helmsman.

The Commander pushed a button on his side panel and sent a message to the whole fleet.

“Men and women of earth, this is your Commander, Bill speaking. As you know we are facing a huge invasion of mantis which is as we speak headed right for us. They are a powerful foe who will no doubt give us a run for our money... However, this is by far the largest fleet ever assembled by the Terran Confederation. We have over two hundred fully operational warships with more than six thousand fighters, not to mention at least thirty thousand of the best people I’ve ever had the privilege of serving with. The fate of humanity rests with us all... Now let’s give them mantis the best damned fight they’ve ever seen and send those fatherless ******** back to the dreary rock they came from!!!”

Just as the commander finished his speech the whole fleet roared in excitement... the fear of battle that was there before, totally gone while they prepared to fight the mantis head on for the sake of everything they hold dear.

One of the best stories I have seen.
But it would be better if u could separate it in parts as it is a little long.

Within moments fighters swarmed out of their hangers and the empty space around the warships quickly filled with the sight of tiny fighters ready and waiting to pounce any foolish enough to go near.

A huge ominous blanket of fighters approached the Earth fleet, stretched out across many thousands of miles streaming through the Sol system. A few still leaking plasma from the short lived battle against the stations at Neptune and Uranus. They finally entered within firing range. The second they did so, the darkness of space around the two fleets lit up with the bright flashes of cannon and blaster fire; small streams of bright deadly light hurtling back and forth as the two forces collided head on in large long volleys; the big warships of earth continuously firing until the mantis drew close enough to the formation of earth fighters.

The earth fighters were in groups. Storm class fighters in the rear, medics in the center and tanks at the front made up the main Armada formation. Marauders made up the front of the mantis formation followed by Paralysers and Pyros in unbelievable numbers.

The Earths government was in complete disarray at this point after two straight weeks of lost battle after lost battle against the mantis, being pushed back completely. This time however was the final real battle, no retreat, no pulling back. This was Earth they were trying to take this time.

“Target the Paralysers!” Yelled Commander Bill “Forget the Marauders for now!”

Blaster shots pounded the shields of the marauders and Paralysers bringing them down at an alarming rate. When the shields were finally brought down a cannon bolt ripped into the hull of the fighter straight through the armour like a knife through butter and shot out through the other side. The insides of the fighter were dragged out by the force of the impact. Blue cloudy plasma oozed out of the hole and another shot smashed through the hull right into the middle. It sparked the hull which ignited the leaked plasma and a wave of fire ripple around the now helpless paralyser. The bolt blew up inside the ship as it hit the cockpit and from within the flames around the ship the explosion reached out. The Paralyser now in pieces, thrown outwards by the fireball; it even managed to take out a few of the shieldless Marauders around it.

They managed to take down many of the mantis fighters with just the point defence cannons but even so their numbers were vast. They swarmed towards the fleet like a great wave and the Earth fighters set forth as mantis flooded into them with blasters blazing. The tanks became instantly stunned as the commander stood shocked at the sight of so many ships being stun domed with such seemingly cruel efficiency. Never before had a stun charge even been heard of until the mantis began their attacks and never until now had a stun dome instilled such fear into the heart of a man. The medic ships barely managed to protect themselves from the stuns as they put up their protector living on a prayer and hoping the mantis stun domes worked the same way as the regular stun charges. Luckily for them they did.

The tank pilot had no choice but to sit in wait as the stun domes wore off, being only partially saved by their shields, negating the effect of the stun domes a little. Bolts of blaster fire struck hard on those shields, quickly bringing them down. Marauders started streaming quickly in between the tanks headed straight for the vulnerable medics. The storms came to their rescue though being untouched by the stun domes and set the marauders ablaze with thermo blasts before turning on their shield perforators.

The armour on the marauders began to melt with the intense heat of the flames before slowly it pierced into the hull, roasting the mantis alive inside their ship before finally the flame was no more, leaving nothing but a scorched wreck floating through space. The smoke trails oozed off of them as the storms zipped by, headed straight for the paralysers. They did so firing a volley of torpedoes along with a trickle of blaster fire at the approaching horde of enemy fighters, aiming for the paralysers to kill as many as possible.

Many of the paralysers were destroyed as they trickled in and around the earths’ storm fighters like water through a filter. Whilst the storm pilots could see the engine trails of those paralysers wiz by, some also noticed the tiny blue objects that seemed to drift by idly. The small objects activated the instant they passed between the ships creating a barely noticeable spark the split second they erupted out in a bright blue flash.

The tanks that had been left stunned were finally starting to move again saved only by their aim scramblers and at that very same moment the engines of those storms that destroyed so many paralysers cut out. The storms left in space to drift by the paralysers, they focused their attention once more on the Medic fighters that looked in retreat and fleeing back to the fleet; little did they know though that they were flying into a mine field of disassembly droids left by the medics. Like a plague of locusts eating through a wheat field the droids attached themselves to the paralysers and picked them apart piece by piece. The debris flying off leaving a trail leading to the skeletons of those same ships in which the pilots rested in peace, suffocated by the blackness of space.

A small quick bolt of blaster energy smashed hard into the cockpit of a storm as it sat drifting into the swarm of pyros. The rest soon followed the same fate, helpless to do anything as they sat there stunned and powerless. One got hit directly into the cockpit and exploded suddenly into a thousand pieces being destroyed in an instant.

The earth pilots now realised the hopelessness of their situation, being totally outnumbered and completely out classed yet they fought to the last as the tanks in a last ditch effort took out the remaining paralysers and marauder. The storms were nought but space dust at this point and the chances of victory for the earth fighters was nonexistent even to begin with. The pyros drew closer to the remaining tanks but unwilling the yield even the slightest opportunity the tank pilots hit the afterburner and flew straight in between all of the mantis pyros.

As they did the lead pilot said loudly down the communications channel “For all of humanity!” Whilst he charged up the aggrobomb on his tank, plunging deep into the heart of the pyros with his remaining tank brigade.

Commander Bill stood up on his feet not hesitating to take off his commanders’ cap and hold it close to himself as he saluted his brave pilots about to give their lives. Suddenly in the distance even from the fleet of warships in orbit above Earth you could see the explosion left in the wake of the lead pilot as he self-destructed between a bunch of pyros taking a good few of them with him.

So followed a lot of other large explosions, the remaining tank pilots committing kamikaze runs into the pyro pack & a series of bright large explosions rang out from the scene of the battle. Pyros caught in the explosion were pushed far and quickly away, smashing hard into other pyros whilst others got ripped apart by the sheer force of the explosion. When the fireballs were all but gone you could see the remains of the pyros dead where they floated. Small fires still rumbled inside a few of them and the odd one or two were entangled with each other after having been pushed by the explosion into one another. Still a few yet survived as they continued thoughtlessly into the main fleet followed by hundreds of bomber class fighters’ nicknamed rocketeers for their deadly rocket volleys that few lived to tell the tail from.

The Medic pilots already knew their job and raced back to the hangers as fast as they could; mere inches from being rocketed to certain doom. Unfortunately for them the remaining pyros were more than fast enough to catch up to them. The pyros targeted their engines with incendiary cannon bolts that burned through the protector shield quicker than ion cannons then ate away at a ships armour and hull with blinding speed.

They burrowed deep into the heart of the engines and stopped them cold as the hit engineers slowed to a crawling pace. Needless to say that they didn’t last very long against the rocketeers leaving nothing to stand between them and the remaining fleet of warships sat at orbit around Earth.

Out of the six thousand fighters Earth had sent against the mantis, not one of them made it back and even though the men and woman in the fleet new that this would be, many could not help put weep knowing the sacrifice of the brave pilots who had just died. Commander Bill spoke into the comms again and said “It’s our turn now; let their sacrifice not be in vein!” A moment of silence echoed about the fleet as they braced themselves for the inevitable.

Once again the flash of cannons streaked out into space and the smoke tails of huge five deep rocket volleys made a blanket of death, the rocketeers specifically targeting the smaller faster frigates. A ferocious fight ensued while the rocketeers took down the frigates one by one but taking heavy casualties in the process. The four thousand strong group of rocketeers took down fifteen of the Earth frigates, before the last of them was hit by a large orb of raw antimatter energy narrowly avoiding instant death being only nipped on the side. It spun off course and smashed hard into the command bridge of a frigate. The rocketeer itself was totally destroyed leaving a large scar on the ship where the bridge should be.

The tearful Earthlings cheered as they thought victory had been obtained. Loud shouts of joy and laughter were heard on every ship. Little did they know that their battle was just beginning as the Helmsman of Flagship Horus looked up at the captain and stated to him loudly that communication with the defence network on Saturn had ceased.

The Commander stood up and stared into the view screen. Moments later a ridiculously large black and unappealing ship approached. It was the size of a small moon like that of Earth and shaped like an ant but with no legs with black and green along it’s sides with streaks of red in a corkscrew pattern around the ship from front to back. The people of the Earth fleet stopped cheering and the helmsman took a deep gulp as he saw the large ship himself.

“It’s a bloody hive ship, what in gods name is that doing here, and to think we thought we were only up against the twenty thousand fighters this whole time, but we weren’t. It was a whole hive ship, no wonder there were so many the whole time. How could we miss this?”

The Commander sat back in his chair with a confounded look upon his face clutching at the arms. The weapons officer nearby put his hand on the commanders shoulder “Are you ok Commander Bill?” The commander didn’t take long in snapping out of it and replied “Yes Lieutenant, I’m fine. Just caught off guard is all” as he turned to face him.

The weapons officer laughed loudly saying “These mantis underestimate us, they send only one ship and think we’ll crumble from just that. How laughable.” The Commander merely smiled knowing he was just being brave for the younger crewman. Commander Bill followed the lead of his officer “You are right Jim; they clearly underestimate us for sending only a single hive ship.

As the Hive ship approached a cloud oozed out from around it as fighters by the hundreds and thousands swarmed out and took position around the gargantuan ship.

Commander Bill opened the communication lines once more and shouted down it. “Show no mercy! Kill them all and send them to the afterlife.” Suddenly even knowing their fate was sealed the whole fleet charged at the hive ship and its escorts. Commander Bill already knew what he’d do as he gave the order to abandon ship with a smile and a defiant look of enjoyment as he looked upon the enemy ship.

Signor’s shaped like over sized hedgehogs slowly made their way through the Earth fleet, their engines propelling them at a snails’ pace. Their armour though was incredibly thick and the weaponry they carried could easily match that of a small escort frigate.

They fired beams from long range that battered a shield facing to a pulp before using a small and seemingly harmless ray of light to target. Suddenly a pulse raced down through that beam of light careering into the hull. It pierce deep into the armour whilst the pulse wave that shot out from the impact point rippled outwards, shaking and damaging anything caught within range.

Huge holes and gouged out craters were left in the wake of those beams but instead of finishing the enemy off they simply headed straight for earth leaving the smaller faster mantis fighters to finish them instead. Plus small sniper ships that took pot shots at everything following shortly behind the signors made sure that nothing could get in their way as they ploughed onwards to Earth.

Commander bill gave one final order to the fleet as he shouted down the comms “Everyone head to the gate” and he set a course headed straight into the hive ship through the mouth. His crew completely refused the order and chose to remain by their Commanders side.

The warships that were still mobile rushed as fast as they could to the gate staying inches from a collision with the hive ship firing everything they had at it until they were out of range. A lot of the mantis fighters rushed into the shots to protect the hive ship, which was armed with one super cannon and only six or seven main blaster cannons.

The signors and Snipers still carried on all the way to Earth and grinded down the Earths planetary shield whilst hundreds and hundreds of mantis eliminators, sentinels and commanders chased down the remainder of the fleet. The Horus dove straight into the belly of the beast, using its’ point defence turrets to sweep away many of the mantis fighters blocking the entrance into the hive ship. They didn’t last long though, being still where they were and what ever didn’t get destroyed by the point defence turrets got swept away by the forward shield facing of flagship Horus as it dove into the breach.

Some of the crew nearest to the windows looked on in awe at the grotesque black colouring of the surroundings and the vastness of the ship from the inside. The word “FIRE!!” resounded through the ship as Commander Bill gave his final orders to the crew. The Horus unleashed a furious barrage of cannon and blaster fire and the dark void that was there before was replaced by bright flashes of many colours as they set the hangers ablaze. Large explosions resounded through the ship as fighters still in their hanger bays where blown into space dust. The Horus took awful damage as it careered through the rather wide passage ways of the hive ship at top speed.

A lucky shot from the Horus smashed into an engine room and destroyed the hive ships hyper drive systems, leaving a hole in its place as flames roared where the now vaporized mantis would have been.

By this point the fleet of Earth warships were well out of the hive ships firing range and went full speed towards the star gate with lots of mantis fighters still in pursuit, gaining little by little as they grew nearer to the gate.

Earths shield finally broke after taking a pounding from signors and their orbital strike weaponry. Those beneath it armed themselves and prepared for the fight ahead, determined to fight to the death rather than become slaves to the mantis.

Suddenly the Horus rammed hard into a dead end within the hive ship. The screeches the colliding hulls made deafened those closest to it, bursting the eardrums of a few whilst the impact sent most flying forward. Many died instantly from hitting off of walls and tables, the unlucky ones lived but could not move with broken or severed limbs. The few that survived almost unharmed picked up weapons and prepared to fight the mantis as they charged out into the breach after gathering on the lowest deck.

They charged out and fired on anything that moves the second they left the comfort of the air lock. It wasn’t long though before sheer numbers overwhelmed them and hand to hand combat was rampant. Commander Bill took to the sidelines as he noticed something odd.

He looked carefully paying attention to every detail; the long bodies of the mantis, the three legs protruding from either side of their bodies and the hard armoured skin that formed the main body of the mantis. They also had long and very sharp pincers in front of powerful mandibles that could tear a man to pieces in seconds.

As Commander Bill watched over the fighting he noticed the mantis holding back in numbers, waiting for the front lines to die before replacing them with more. “Why were they holding back” he thought to himself. He looked on at the mantis still waiting to join the fray. The men and women fighting hand to hand against the mantis were doing well using hand to hand weapons ranging from kitchen knives to spears used for decoration within the ship.

Just then he noticed another one of the mantis in a corner. He looked larger and much stronger than the rest, and appeared to direct the rest of them to some degree. The Commander took up his rifle and pointed it at the rather distinctive mantis and fired a shot, followed by two more directly at the mantis.

The first shot hit the wall only inches away from his heart followed quickly by the second shot. The second shot was much more accurate as the mantis turn to face Commander Bill and knocked off a small insignia that marked him as a mantis commander. The dull ping from the impact onto the insignia rang out into the sound of fighting in between both of the commanders. The third shot was on target to the mantis commanders eye ball until he luckily turned, avoiding a serious wound as the last rifle shot zipped past him causing a small superficial burn and catching one of the mantis guards directly in that long neck of theirs. Thick gloopy blood dripped out from the wound as the mantis fell to the floor to be walked over by its comrades as it died.

Commander Bill was now being stared at intensely by the mantis commander as it crouched down almost like a hateful squint. Commander Bill smirked at him and jumped down from the ramp leading out of the airlock before running out to the other side of the ship. The mantis commander crawled over the barrier separating a long corridor of deadly mantis from the fairly open area the ship created in crashing through the wall and charged ahead directly at Commander Bill.

On the way to Commander Bill the mantis commander savagely mowed down two Marines from the Earth warship seeming to take great pleasure as he dug his pincers into the gut of the marine to his left. He callously threw him into his comrade and impaled them both together as they lay on the floor before carrying on straight to the other side of the ship.

Commander Bill who was now waiting for him on the other side of the ship, stopped dead of a long drop down through the hanger bay; So long was the drop that you could not see the bottom, only the near pitch black which made the hive ship so eerie to all but the mantis. He took a couple of steps back so as not to seem so close to a certain doom. Just as Bill moved a little farther away from the edge he ran into the Mantis Commander stopping just out of arms reach from him.

The mantis commander turned on a device in his pincer as he stared at Bill and said. “I’m going to enjoy dissecting you, little human.”

“Oh well now it makes sense as to why you held back some of the mantis. You’re just a sick scientist with notions of being great” Replied Bill with antagonistic intent.

“Knowledge is power” Said the mantis as he charges forth at Bill lunging his pincer at him while he swooped in, aiming for a kill. Bill sidestepped the lunge with only inches to spare as the second pincer swung down hard. The now rogue pincer crashed into the floor creating a small hole in it. He yanked out his pincer as cracks formed all around the new hole slowly, almost unnoticeable. Bill took a large quick step back before blocking another with a retractable spear from his personal stash; Holding it at both ends as the mantis commanders’ pincer clashed with the spear pushing Bill back on his feet a good meter or two before he stopped. The mantis commander carried on to say as Bill stood still on his feet “You’d do well to remember that, human ant.”

Suddenly as he ended his sentence the ground beneath began to collapse and before they could react they fell to the room below along with the tiny pieces of crumbled flooring, weakened by the crash already. The view of the open hangers from the top of a long drop was gone replaced by the dark brown colour of a wall inside a huge room. Their fall broken by a large amount of green objects stacked high at the center of the room in a cone shape. The room was alight with their glow, the dull green etched onto the commanders’ faces and on one side of their body just like the two sides of the moon.

Bill took a moment to notice the green glow looking all over the room, seeing only the walls to the side and this huge stash of dull glowing objects in the middle of the room with maybe two or three meters separating it from those walls.

“Wow, what an incredible amount.” Said Bill thinking out loud “Is THIS why you have desecrated so many worlds and homelands? Is this why over thirty thousand people have just lost their lives!?” Bill started talking louder, slowly turning into shouting as he became angry at the jigsaw he was piecing together.

“It is but one of many reasons, you pathetic earthlings could never comprehend.” Replied the mantis commander.

“Heh, just a bunch of greedy bugs caring only for a load of shinny green cryonite. You disgust me even more than I previously thought.”

The mantis commander looked sharply at bill. “HA! Hahahaha, what a joke I was right, you humanoid bone bags are good only for being my lab rats.”

The mantis commander began to spit out some kind of mucus onto his pincers as Bill replied sharply. “and that’s supposed to be an insult? A lab rat is better than an oversized bug with a lust for money.”

“That just goes to show how little you understand about anything.” Said the mantis commander calmly as he finished laying out mucus on his pincers. “We don’t use it for commerce like you petty humans. Ha, ha, ha. The radiation from this cryonite as you call it doubles the reflexes and strength of a mantis that eats this from birth...”
Bill interrupted and said “So you Cause all of this death and destruction just to make your offspring a little stronger, that’s hardly justification for genocide!”

The mantis commander charged at bill angrily holding him up against a wall around the throat by the mucus that formed a human hand. “The next generation is everything; nothing is more important or more just than living for the future in your children. What’s wrong with providing for their future whilst you pathetic humans serve only to better your own lives... what little of them you have left that is.”
Bill couldn’t reply as the air was slowly being choked out of him. Suddenly the mantis commander threw Bill to one side and continued to say. “THAT is the difference between you and I. We are a noble race and seek to better ourselves through our children and through research gaining knowledge of the universe...”

Bill suddenly interrupted again as he caught his breath “Can’t you do that without having to destroy entire worlds and cultures whilst you’re at it, how can your children be happy knowing their future is built on the graves of others!?” Bill took his retractable spear out of his pocket and with a single thought as his hand gripped the miniaturized spear it burst out of its confines and elongated into a mighty looking weapon fit for a king. He allowed it to reach all the way out to the mantis commander. A screech of pain could be heard as the spear tip dove deep into the mantis commanders’ thorax. The cracking of his armoured shell as the spear penetrated deep inside could be heard loud and clear even through the deafening screeches of pain. Bill pulled the spear back out as he got back up onto his feet. In a quick sudden reaction to the pain on instinct the mantis commander pushes out its pincers knocking Bill back hard into the mountain of cryonite. Bill winced in pain and dropped his spear to the floor as the mantis commander bore his pain by sending it through his body and taking it out on the opponent.

“Irritating human!” The mantis commander pushes Bill up against the cryonite stack and held him in place by the pincer giving no room for movement as he muttered those bitter words under his breath draped in pain. Even the slightest muscle twitch would slit Bills throat as the mantis commander went on to say. “Why wouldn’t they be happy to know that pathetic creatures such as you are being put to good use; we’re merely clearing the trash out of the galaxy.” As the mantis commander was talking he used the mucus on his pincers still formed as human arms to give Bill a nasty beating, punching him in the face and torso repeatedly, loosening the grip of his pincer very slightly. Not that Bill was in any condition at that point to take advantage of it though as the impact from each punch resounded inside him.

The last few punches engraved the pain inside Bills chest as the snapping sound of breaking ribs could be heard. The mantis commander completely loosened his grip as he noticed bills ribs snapping and stepped back seeming to take great joy in Bills suffering as he lay there in agony, clutching at his ribs.

“Compared to you humans we mantis are practically saints. What’s so wrong with bettering our children so that the race can continue on another millennia or two?” He started to laugh a little as thick green blood seeped out of the wound Bill inflicted.
“You humans only seek to make your own lives better. You care not for your fellow humans; you don’t try to make your children’s lives better. Only self gratification and fulfilment make you happy. Most of you grow so old you only become a burden on your offspring and you dare call our way of life wrong!” The mantis commander laughed again as he put something onto his wound. Something much like a wound dressing but more gelatinous pushing it into the wound rather than simply slapping it on top.

Bill slowly began coming to his senses and forced himself up onto his feet, leaned on a block of cryonite that was knocked out of place by all of the commotion. He stood staring at the mantis commander unable to speak as his rib cage was in pieces.
Just then the mantis commander spoke again. “You’ve been a good lab rat, I have learned a great deal about humanities inferiority. So as a token of my gratitude, I known and Vicious the mutilator on the methenoid homelands shall end your suffering... and your life.”

Bill stood there stubbornly, not able to take more than a foot in any direction. Vicious crossed his pincers together and threw away the mucus as he charged at bill. In one last act of defiance Bill silently activated a frag-grenade behind his back, counting down from three seconds. Vicious was but an inch from the flesh of Bills throat as Bill presented it in front of him and quite literally lost his head at the last second. A bright light reverberated around Vicious the second before the grenade was set to go off. It was a personal hyper jump device that Vicious had implanted in his brain allowing him to escape many certain death experiences, including this one with no more than a missing leg or two; nothing that couldn’t be replaced though.

As what was left of bill blew into tiny fleshy pieces inside the mantis cryonite vault Vicious found himself on another ship near the mouth of the hives hanger. It was larger than the regular fighters they often spat out, instead this one was large and bulky, carrying an array or laser batteries and missile bays. By Terran standards it would be classed as a small frigate.

Vicious the mutilator left the hive in that frigate and headed straight toward the star gate to catch up to the escaping earth fleet with the view of the hive ship to his side and rear. To the other side on his right was a large force of eliminators following Vicious upon his order to pursue the fleeing earth fleet through the star gate.

Meanwhile the Earth fleet was being pursued closely by many mantis fighters, keeping just out of their blasters firing range as they past what was left of the Saturn defence ring having been ripped apart by the hive ship with ease. Pieces of debris still drifted through space and dead bodies floating near the scene, leaked out from the station by huge wholes dug out into it. It was almost as if someone had got a giant scoop and simply taken huge chunks out of it. Earth battleships wasted no time in zipping past the station at top speed with the mantis close behind and inching closer with each passing minute.

As the fleet of warships approached the gate from the other side of Neptune the tactical officer turned about and said. “Captain Murphy they’ve broken through Earths protector field.”

(This is where my own story began as the command of a fleet was thrust upon me but I’ll save that for next time.)

“Damn those mantis” I said squinting my eyes adding a hateful tone to my words. “I swear we’ll destroy all of them mantis, whatever the cost” I added as I clenched my hand into a fist.

The hive ship moved at a snails’ pace towards Earths’ orbit, attempting to pick up some speed and get out of the system with its engines crippled from the damage caused by the bravery and selflessness of Flagship Horus and her crew.

I could see the on the view screen the hive ship zip around the earth. The Earth skies turned a nasty black as the protector shield was brought down and mantis signors along with snipers seeped into the atmosphere like a plague.

My finger pushed the button for the view screen and turned it off, a tear trickled down my cheek at the helplessness I felt, having no choice but to sit and watch as those mantis scum took away everything I help dear.

I said unwittingly under my breath “I swear. Whether it be in this life or teh next, I’ll destroy every last one of those god forsaken bugs...

End of The Earthlings Evicted.

My bad I was experimenting with the forums character limit per post, I didn't expect it to post the whole lot in one, then i forgot to edit lol... anyways there it is in pieces now, I hope you enjoy reading :D
