bad easter event 2013 (game lag/freeze fest+)

bad easter event 2013:
1st of all its a repeat
2nd i dont get how u can sell ships for 90k gold if u can get the bps in 1 hr gameplay
3rd game got unplayable due to bad game server network (i assume) = game freezes and mega lags.
i had to log off (even log off freezes)

i feel stupid again for spending cash on this game which isnt ready to b sold for money.
i mean it may b crowded due to event and evening time but i didnt get a cash rebate for bad quality/not playable game when i payed for membership so i expect the game to work....
maybe splitscreen should look at other games and ask them how they can make and event and have working games...

I agree,and compensating that with coupon code for free E has no use for players with membership.
Better compensate with gold,we have more use for that.
Just my opinion.

for me, the easter-event is great, because i can become all the the special-ships, i didn't get

I saw most of the players inclusively me be very happy with the E-present.
If you fly a Parsec Storm in Sirius in R4 or R5, that was extremely welcome, since Storms takes the worse aggro, and the E became very handy.
But the E was indeed useful for anyone doing the event, cause sometimes an area with several pilots fighting an egg, was and is filled with pods, me included, so yes thank you for the extremely useful gift.

I am not one who spits in the donators hand, but I welcome the donation, in any form. ^^

Now to talk about lag, endless loadings ended up in a freeze, thats another story what I was not at all happy with, and am not still.
It will force me to kill the game, lets say within 1 hour, sometimes I crash, or/and killed the game even 10 times, so yes there has to be improvement so everyone can enjoy the event and game as should.

This events lags affects the gameplay allover, not only on the planets where the event is going on.

About the repeat...well...this depends. In our clan/alliance we for sure had something around 30% of currently active players that needed those ships. Ofc I would also wish for new ships and new stuff, but I myself still hope that Split learns from the past (oh and the present): better fix old bugs and bringing in new (not bugged) content.
Atm there are so many bugs in PG that I lost count.
