Attack Droid and OS bug

In pvp the orbital strike has a long delay before detonation (like that of a signor) and the attack droid, even when spawned on a player is a ghost mantis (like SM mantis when you are not in squad). Not just a one-off happening, tested countless times on avhsrotc. His went off nearly instantly on me and mine had a delay, his droid attacked me but mine wouldnt attack him. Causes real issues for PvP.

Also, attack droid will orbit before it reaches the end of its cycle
