Askone Server Inaccessible

Currently Askone Server is inaccessible. I have looked at what I can & it appears to be an issue outside of Splitscreen Studios control. I will advise if there are any changes in status.

Yes m8, I try to log in ang log in, and when I click on Askone, it doesn't load anymore

it says either login.fail.connect or does nothing...

same for me, after login the screen just holds and doesn't go further i was in the middle of mission....

I got the same problem while trying to go to gemini system from orbit of Technatoria.

I have same problem, I can login then nothing happens as I'm stuck on mogin screen.

10 hours of boosters wasting away here

couldnt log in since about midnight last night.
(btw game client just loops on splashscreen thts bit odd since usually gives some kind of message, like "couldnt access log in server" etc.)
tested alternate log ins via browser too and with different acc and worked 2x and no more.lol

pls fix it dont force me spend my weekend talking to family i dont deserve such inhuman punishment.lol ....(just kidding of course)

i wonder if they will add the lost time to the deadline of easter events removal. i got all my rare ships just thinking about fairness to others tht play different timezones and maybe mainly on weekends.
(btw no idea why signature generator posts lvl 72 when ingame im 73 long time, hope splitcreen didnt demote me while not able to log.lol)

How this is not an issue with SS, I do not understand. You have a lot of players wanting to play your game and no update for a number of hours now.

Let us know what is going on and how long you expect the outage to be. There are a number of us that are paying customers and deserve to know what is being done to get us back on to a service that we pay for.

Yes, I am on call right now. I was woke up at 0338 this morning to fix a problem on our website. I received an alert from our monitoring system and logged in and corrected the issue. Customers first. Do not think SS has learned this yet.

I have the same damn problem 2 from last night till now.And SS dont care about us thats problem,this game gona die soon they have losed good players and most players allready when draco comed,now they will lose more and more....PPl giving mony in this game and they dont care about that they just care about them self.Cose most of players have memberships,boosters 30 d..and they runing out SS will not give us anything cos that they have geted mony and they dont care......there is 2 mach for conplain will just write.... continue..
