Askone GM team way to Inactive

As a Player i feel GMs on Askone aren't active enough. i Sometimes see 3 hanging Around the Same System, when Each should be in a different System. SSS Should hire GMs that are Online for 10 hours a Day. Or Create an auto-ban system. There should also be GMs at Events on Planet Surface ensure theres no Cheating. In Tournaments i see people ganing and Breaking the Rules. There Should also be a way to see which GMs Online.

Please could you get this Sorted.

GM's 10 hours online a day? The GM team are all pilots that signed up on a FREE base... And the rule breaking on events and stuff thats always and GM's can't change that

lolz 10 hours per day they sign up for a free basis like stimo just said and u think 24hours a day average person needs 6-8 hours sleep so 24-6=18-working times - familiy stuff they need to sort out - game time on there own accs then - 10 hours gm time ... do you see why this wouldnt work i think the askone gm team is fine atm always room for inprovement but its doing fine now i personally think there should be more events!

GM's are volunteers, that means they are players willing to give up free time for the game. So to expect someone to spend 10hours as GM is out of the question. And because a GM needs to be atleast 18 years old you can also imagine we got a day job, wife, kids and what not. And besides beign a GM they also wanna spend time on their pilot.

i think the askone gm team is fine atm always room for inprovement but its doing fine

There is nothing to sort out, get informed in first place before posting, if they are hired or not, and a workday by law if hired, is never 10h, that has overwork time.

But now as this in not the case and GM's and FM's are voluntarely staff member, they have their hours what to do daily, and there are always also compromises in real life that everyone has to attend. A GM nor anyone in staff is obligated to be here 365 day out of 365, nor to be 24/7 or anything like it.

You before you ask to sort out stuff, also check if there really is anything to sort out.
