Antares Repair Field 8 times

So I have been on lustra the whole day, and I found 8 antares repair fields in a row, and not a single antares repair target, WT is this?
Does the antares repair target not drop on lustra?

And another one now from rank23 and not rank25 mender... well time to go to terasa maybe it drops there...

Finally I got an antares repair target, first rare from mender on terasa! So I guess the repair target drops on terasa and field on Lustra then : )
And finally antares is finalized, done all missions and found all bps, color patterns and rares
