AnIn-X Colonial Jet

I have been looking up these things on google on how to get the AnIn-X Colonial Jet and they all say the same thing. I decided to try it and it never worked, All I got was tiger for the paint. How do I get the blueprints for it?

Any sentinel on Axiom can drop it. But because it is a rare blueprint after all, it might take some time to get all 4 parts of it.

-i think that only lvl8 sentinels on axiom drop the rare jet, that´s where i got it.
