For the time being there is no such info that it will be available.
It was an event item, and those can be, or not included in future events celebrating some other holiday,
but nothing is sure.
Anyhow any items/rewards for any such events will be revealed before hand, so you just have to wait with hope, and see in the future, maybe or maybe not.
