-hey living -if you are shure that it is a portal problem, you have to contact aeria and make them solve the problem. -but i think that everybody are experiencing some lag due to the easter events? -and no, splitscreen normally don´t swap accounts from portal to portal, so you have to find another solution. -i hope that i will see you on the aeriaserver again, good luck
