Alliance msg board

There needs to be an alliance msg board where only admirals and captains can post, but all alliance members can read. This would make communications between the alliance clans much simpler and smoother.

In addition, perhaps there should be TWO captains for each clan. Often times (like during a hurricane) your two top people might be unable to access PG, and the group suffers. That third body could be useful.

sounds like a good idea..or Give the admiral to create different ranks he name himself or...just give him/her more rank options than Admiral Captain Member and Officer. Perhaps "Liuteneant" "Trial Member" etc..give the admiral more options

And as for the main question. I agree on that point too. Would be very good. AND i would like to have a option for the Admirals to have some kind of alliance chat tool. E.g a mute for lets say 3 hours or so tops. Just to give the admirals a tool to control their own alliance chat without Involvling the GM's. The mute would only be for Alliance chat. and only temporarily.
