Fixed Aggrobeacon visual effect

Sorry for using dc to upload the image, in the forum the file was too big, basically the visual effect of this aggrobeacon was not visible

At one point the visual effect loaded but I didn't have time to take a screenshot.

Most of the time works but this time it was not shown? Did you where in range when the aggro beacon where spawned or did you move in range?

It was out of range of the aggrobeacon when it was launched

here it looks like more like its difficult to see on that planet. Visuals are to subtle and will be adjusted
