Activity page on clan

Well to make it for clan admirals easier maybe a activity page would be handy.

Only admirals and counts (new rank) can see the page

You can see:
* been online today
* been online yesterday
* been online in three days
* been online this week
* been online this month

The count can also jail someone in the clan, this is only a sign for the officers and captains to kick someone

Also I will suggest a first captain and a second captain instead of only one.

A second captain is only avaible if there are more then 30 members in a clan

then the count would be a GM and sparing that many GMs would be hard

jailing is not the jailing from gm's but only a sign for the officers to kick someone out of the clan.

Nice idea to have a "last active:" column in the clan member list, but it should be entirely up to the clan leader when to kick someone for inactivity.
