Achievements not working and incorrect, still?

I spoke with Cepheus and he told me he thought the Achievement System was up and running, but mine is still incorrect (saying I have not finished white missions in Antares and Gemini, when I have) and I accomplished an achievement today and it did not register. So, Is it working?? Thx.
