There are two possibilities here, both through thesupport:
1- Ask a delete of an account through the support, similar to what u did , since the support is the correct place of doing that.
2- Ask for permission through the support to create a secondary account, if u are granted permission, u would not need to remove the first one, just create another one. Of course it would need another email to create the secondary account.
