Hello.

I'm a kalicanthus player and I recently got back on PG after a long stop. Surprise surprise, I can't login. I sent a ticket to splitscreen and they told me kalicanthus doesn't work anymore with PG and that they can't reach kalicanthus anymore. If i go on my kalicanthus account, I actually see I have nothing activated. I tried to get their help, but the support system seems broken or not active.

My account still exist, I can see it in the Hall of Fame and I can see all the ships and items I got.
Is it possible to transfer those ships and items to my new account, so I can join my friends in Sirius?

Not sure if my answers will help you but I still see Kalicanthus as an option to choose on the login screen. So it should work when you still know your login and PW.

If you might think its just the PW then I suggest you to change it on the Kalicanthus page.

But frankly: when Splitscreen is saying they not support that anymore (which i dont understand, because its still an option on login screen) then the chances are little that you can play on this account again. In that case you can ask Split to transfer your account or you have to start a new account (via Splitscreen)

This is the reply to the ticket i sent:
"Thank you for contacting support on this matter..Kalichantus no longer
supports pirate galaxy and we cannot transfer your account as we
cannot get any information from them. If you want to play pirate
galaxy you will have to create a new account through splitscreen, or
contact kalichantus which is now located in italy. This ticket will
now be closed, to re open this ticket simply reply to this email/ticket"

From what they wrote, the account is lost forever unless I contact Kalicanthus.
Unfortunaly, I can't. So I was looking for another solution to help me out.

Unfortunately that is the reply you got, and that is the current situation.
The Splitscreen support has informed you what to do, and there is no other way to go around it.

As they stated they have no way to have any info of your account. If you want another way, then do as instructed, reply to ticket, or contact kalichantus which is now located in Italy, and ask there,
here on forum you will not get any resolutions on this issue.
