Accepting Gmail as email

Well I've tried this couple of times and it says that Gmail can't be accepted.
Now I hope everyone who reads this topic knows what GMAIL is. it's Google's Email survive for all those WHO DON'T KNOW!
So I made 2 accounts on this Forum. 1 account used Gmail (was going to become my Primary) and the other used Yahoo. the Gmail one never received its Activation email.

I wished that Pirate Galaxy would allow use of GMail as an Email.

Cause I like Gmail a WHOLE lot better than Yahoo.

I'm typing this cause I read somewhere that Pirate Galaxy doesn't use Gmail as a Email Provider so yeah. If this is a glitch that is happening, please help me fix it...

It accepts gmail as email account. I have always used gmail, and am using it the whole time.

You are doing something wrong. Please re-check how you wrote, and spell it.

Gmail is not written Gmail, but either googlemail.com or gmail.com, no caps on G.
That might be the reason of it indicating it as not accepting.
Please check always you are using the formal way the email program uses it.
