A scouter for CQ's

Sometimes there are people in CQ's they want to scout the area of there enemy, but if they do they die. Well maybe we can help them with a new ship: The scouter.

the scouter:

The long distance camera, TLD camera
The TLD-C can look a spot without being there. You use it and then you can click a spot, there comes the camera. Then you can look like your ship is there. It's only for 30 seconds so hurry. You can use it by pressing 5.

Shield
The scouter need to protect himself against other players. So a shield is very handy. Just use the shield and no enemy will come trough it.
It's for 240 seconds, very long. you can use it by pressing 6.

Enemy radar
Why will you fly to that area if you can use a radar. Unfortely it can pass walls. But it will do his work.
It's take 50 seconds to scan. Then you will get the information on you map. You can use it by pressing 7.
Not avaible in Vega

Speed rockets
You are always to slow? You don't get fast enough away? Wel this is all over with Speed Rockets, these speedrockets will boost you far away. With fusion technology they made it even faster then light.
You can use it pressing 8.
Not avaible in Vega and Antares.

Isn't the speed rocket the same as afterburner? My idea for this ship is a faster flying speed of 20%.

Also, as nr 8 I would suggest a cloaking device (maybe dropped by assasins?). Your ship is invisible, but will show up as a red dot on the radar. The other players cannot see your ship, but you see your ship the same as a mantis assasin look.

As i said in another post, i can already think of it.

You open the sidepanel, a yellow field appears around your ships location in the map, you see a line between your ship and the cursor, and the e-cost, you click somewhere within the field, and SWOOOOSH! off you go!
