A New Era is about to Dawn

As a New Era starts to show its Dawning Light on the Galaxies of Pirate Galaxy, I would like to share with you some changes that I am going to Bring to the English & International Community.

I have been thinking about what “YOU”, the Pirate Galaxy Community of Players, have been asking for & will over the coming Weeks do what I can to bring you the following:

1) A more Responsive GM Team to handle your In-Game Questions & Issues
2) More Events & Tournaments for your Enjoyment
3) More lines of open Communication between the Community (All Pilots) & the Community Staff (GM, CoMa)
4) More Submissions of Your Ideas, Likes, Dislikes for Pirate Galaxy
5) Faster Response to most Support Tickets submitted
6) Better Response to “Bug” Issues
7) A Clearer More Concise Code of Conduct (CoC) as well as A Clearer More Concise Forum Rules
8) Monthly Newsletters

These are but a few of the changes I am working on. More will be coming as the “New Era” rises to meet the Days ahead

From the 8 point mentioned, i will considere the point 7 as the most important one.
Please a Clear COC is an urgency right now. i congrats you for the vision of add this point in your list.

The actual COC had a lot of interpretative situacions, and a lot of point that are no clear enought.

This COC is actually used for varius bad pilot for set traps to good pilots and for manipulated it and take advantage of it with dirty tricks, i mean some bad pilot make things for provoque a other good pilot enter in a situation that make apear good pilot broke the coc.

For example i put the following case that hapend to a pilot friend of mine:

my friend pilot kill other red pilot XX. then xx materialize and attack my friend, my friend kill him again, then the pilot xx had enought energy and materialize again and attack my friend again, then my friend kill him again, and that happend 4 times. my friend kill pilotXX 4 times, but pilot xx attack my friend first in the last 3 ocacions.

Pilot XX was provoking my friend pilot for he kill varius time and then send report.

Then pilot xx submit a ticket. 1 or 2 day later a GM talk with my friend and put an official warning in my friend's record for brake COC point 2.
Also in plenty century XXI the gm damage the record of my friend with out give my friend a chance of defense!!!!! when i was told the history i said wao we in caveman era again.


i damage some good pilot's record with out give that pilot the chancen of defense or at least hear his version of the history that can explain the suposes evidences , only because pilotxx show him a history where he died 4 times!!!!!!! What i most do in a situacion like that? run??, let pilotxx kill me?

So we have to be carefully and i think is always good to hear both parts in a dispute. i am still very surprise that someone can damage my record with out give me the change of explain what happend or at least hear my version of the history that can apport some facts that can change veredith.

I hope not to find myselft in a situacion like that, because impotence felings that arise from a situacion like that are very unconfortable.

So since the new COC will be aplay to all of us and all of us will play in same condicions, then there will be no advantage/ disavantage in what you decide to put in the COC. The real problem arise when the coc can be interpreted in diferente ways. So a Consice, and very clear COC about what we can do and what we can not do will be magnificent, and also i predit a clear cod will low reports and problem between players in near 80%.
