Today I encountered a bug while trying to buy a Cryonite booster, upon buying it, gold was deducted from my account but I didn't get the booster so I sent a ticket to support in order to fix things. They quickly solved the problem and gave me the gold back so I'd just like to say thanks to the guys and girls at support for quickly and efficiently helping out with this.
