40/50 frame per seconds (FPS)

Hello all,
I sent a ticket to Spltscreen.,
About Fps drop and some kind of lag, it was told me it was my problem, with Java/Direcx/drivers/
Everting is just Fine, all drivers are Up-date,. and there is Noting wong with it,
and stil Splitscreen denied it, it just my Java, it its not my Java my java is just Fine, And i'm using Client version, And it have also java Build-in

Do enyone have also this problem??
I have a powerfull system, so it can't not be my problem

Here are my Spec

Intel Core i5 2500K
8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3
P8Z77-V DELUX
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680

So it Can'tt be my system or Driver, it just Pirate Galaxy Game itself

my fps are (most of the time) at 59. Sometimes (when many pilots and mantis around) the FPS drops drastically, as this is the game -> the more things around you means it must load in more and that decreases fps.

Have you tried to change the game settings? like the resolution or the quality?
Ofc also close other programs you have running.
