ok first of all i noticed that the os may have been weakend again normally i can kill a red sniper instantly but now it almost does only half damage and 2nd have the sirius mantis became stronger? 1 crit does already 2 bars to me this didnt happen before so are these things true?

well snipers now have it almost impossible to survive from NPC and red attacks so if this is rly to slow us down then its not a cool move plz put it back to the normal power if anyone finds this to strong then its their problem
