Conquest-related Changes & Fixes

• Fixed Conquest competitor publishing issue in the enlist and teams panel.
• Increased view range for pilots on Conquest planets.

Other Fixes

• Fixed a deadlock issue in the network layer.

Conquest-related Fixes

• Fixed an issue that caused the required landing time for Conquest to not be shown correctly.

Other Fixes

• Fixed an issue with the chat system that could cause a deadlock.
