Account recovery?

Hi all, it's been a minute since I've been back here. Life got in the way, but I recently got some free time, and the urge to play again. However, upon trying to log into the game, I've discovered that my original account has apparently been deleted or made inactive. I made a new account using the same email, and a new pilot on the Solaria server, but was wondering if it would be possible to recover my original pilot on Askone. Thanks!
