Why won't it let me in?

I was just playing 5 minutes ago when it crashed (at least, I had to refresh because it was unresponsive) and now it won't let me log in using my account. It says the account information was incorrect. What the @#%! is going on here?

He has posted this thread before the restart by a long time. (6 Hours ago )You have a problem mate, to fix it, send an email to support with your details ( pilot name, server, and detailed description of the problem)

You will get faster response than here on forum.
