Change the aspects of the last 5 minutes of a conquest match to avoid hide and seek.

Clan Cryonite Pools
- Split clan cryonite into two different pools:
- Donate Pool that contains all cryonite that was donated to the clan. Donation cap applies on this pool
- Reward Pool that contains all cryonite that was won by CQ. From this pool the payouts to clan members are done.
- Clan cryonite Purchases will use the donation pool first and then the reward pool. Selling equipment will always go into the donation pool.
- Reworked clan fund UI
- increases clan donation pool cap to 5x jumpship price (750k)
Conquest Showdown
Change the aspects of the last 5 minutes of a conquest match to avoid hide and seek.
- Keep 1 ore area active instead of deactivating all
- Activate the last area into heat mode and keep it there until the CQ ends
Additional Changes
- Implemented Clan ladder medal rewards based on position and total winners on evaluation.
- Increased ladder clan ladder winning slots from 3 to 5
- Increased spawn radius of dropped ores from kills to not spread out more for easier picking.
