UI quality of life changes

Hello, I'd would like to share ideas about few options that could improve player experience, most of which are related to the UI:

• add option to disable/edit sound for low hp
• set custom hotkeys for ship items/other usables
• add option to disable/hide all chat
• add an option to disable main chat sounds
• add the ability to make clan message notification more persistent instead of notifying just the first reader
• fix the "automatically select pilot" button so it doesnt randomly disable itself after logging out
• add an option to disable combat music
• add a search field for blueprints on player profiles

Hopefully others find some of this desireable as well or would like to add their own ideas.
