stuck in hyper space instead of goin into orbit

this is not lag so what is it? only started doing it after the last update, if i dont hyperjump when i get to the planet i dont go into orbit i just get stuck in the planet for 2mins or so then i orbit, if i hyperjump its fine, now java,drivers,windows updates, are all upto date iv got 50meg optical broadband and a pc thats worth near as dam it 2k, i have heard alot of people complaing about this, just maybe its a bug in the game????

Happens to me to and I hate it but think they gonna fix this after Draconis so OS so on xD

it's probably a bug or server lag...or both. server lag is usually undetectable on your end but what happens is the server is lagging behind the client so you just stay there until the server catches up and lets you orbit, because the server thinks you are still in interplanetary flight.

I've seen this happen to other pilots as well as myself, as it happens. A whole bunch of pilots heading to Sol Stargate (presumably for a CQ) got stuck on the Gate for awhile before finally leaving the starmap. Pretty sure this isn't lag, if it's happening to other pilots and is visible on MY screen.

i got it to i just jump most of the time then i waited for 15 min 1 time before i went to orbit so i just jump i came from saturn then and it was a 8 min trip so if you need to fly that again is a pain in the ***

Ok when that happens open another browser (preferablly to a website like i-google that uses graphics). It should then change the screen to the loading thingy. Thats what I do when I have that kinda problem, hope it helps!

Btw, I dont use the client.
