Depending on the Portal you are using, Log-In Issues are better handled thru support. Bigpoint Pilots should be able to start using their current login deatils under Splitscreen tomorrow. Gamigo Pilots have been having Portal Issues which are intermittant but being worked on by Gamigo Staff

Electrom DONT try to send them a ticket. I did and was a clear ticket of why couldnt they move me from gamigo to ss. They answered by talking of my account DELETED.
And anyway guys common. stop posting this. Its becoming a common bug. they will fix it for today so tomorrow it comes back and we get angry again. But im cleverer: i dont get angry anymore. I gave up.

agreed that it will not happen any time soon, but it is really annoting being a gamigo account holder and the protal sucks. I assume you are not with gamigo, otherwise you would probably be argueing the oppostie way

Nay, with Splitscreen, not saying it's good or anything, but this nonsense about switching over is, well, nonsense... Business... Not profitable... Not going to happen. I am sure people will continue ranting however, all I have to say is: Quit! You're not going to be switched over to Splitscreen...........
