What I see here in Art section is just normal images of ships and different situations...
Kinda boring after seeing all of them...

So, lets be little bit more creative now. Lets create (almost) 3D images of our ships. And how to do it?
Well theres method to see images in 3D without any 3D classes etc.
Its called stereoscopic images. (Google tells and shows more about it)

How it works?
Like any 3D image, stereoscopic images have 2 pictures taken from object from different angle. And when you look image in correct way, you see it on 3D (or atleast your brains think so).

So, here's image i made for this thread: (Its my sol tank :) )
3D_tank.png
Theres image with 2 pictures of my tank. Looks kinda dumb, thats just 2 images right?
But you can see it on 3D also... How? (This isnt most easiest thing to learn)
1. First you need to cross your eyes (try looking for your nose for example)
2. Now do it on screen that way you see 4 tanks (or 3, middle one is mix of 2)
3. Focus on 2 middle ones so that they become 1. (This is hardest part)
4. When done correctly you see it on 3D.

Pretty interesting (and hard to learn) isnt it? I'll make more images when i have time...
Meanwhile, Google gives lot of examples...

Well here's another image i made for this thread..
sol sniper.png

Taking these images isnt easiest thing since theres always some movement/ animations on screen.
This one took some timing, and i think angle on images isnt best possible
(i see sniper ship in 3D but tank in back looks flat to me...)

Yeah it was same for me when i was learning how to view those images.
Got some headache and eyes pretty tired... :frown:

But, its pretty cool to see images in 3D without expensive 3d glasses and etc...
(Pretty useless skill still, i dont deny that)
