seeing public chat from other system sometimes

sometimes i can see public chat posts seem to originate in different systems (i have the chat origin tag activated)
is it just my chat or anyone else noticed? is it just a glitch or phantom origin tag?

(for example just today was in mizar saw a post with origin tag from vega)

no big deal it doesnt hinder my game or nothing just curious as how to public chat is set up to function .
i thought when u jump to a different starsytem its like a new chat room completely am i wrong?

that is becuz the one who wrote that message on public chat went to for example vega after he wrote it and that message didn't dissapear.

For example, i wrote 'hi guys' at sol stargate then went to Antares stargate then to lustra, then when you come online and see my message, it'll say that i'm in Lustra.
