PG client and browser problems

i keep trying to open the PG client and browser but i keep getting this message saying the connecttion to the update server couldnt be established. please ensure ur pc is online....my computer is online and everything so what in blazes is going on?!

It was problem with the authentication portal into the server now the Team is looking to fix this asap plz be patient ^^
